This craft is so easy to make and very beautiful when done!
Step 1: Remove labels from water bottles and make sure they are clean and smooth.
Step 2: Color the bottles with sharpies (or other permanent markers).
Step 3: Cut the end off of the bottle.
Step 4: Starting at the cut edge, snip around and around, from the bottom of the bottle to the top, to create a spiral. Stop cutting when you get to the smooth, rounded “shoulders” of the bottle.
Step 5: Hang them from a slender tree branch and enjoy their beauty!
