Warmer weather is here! This activity is great for enjoying the sunshine and getting creative. With a few simple items, you can set sail to all sorts of fun!

You will need:

• Bar of Soap

• Toothpick

• Fabric Cut in the shape of a Triangle

• Glue

• Rain Gutter (At Lowe’s in the lumber section)

• Water Source/Hose

Glue your fabric to the toothpick and poke it into the soap bar. You may add extra decorations if you choose or, if your child is older, you can find ways to carve the soap boat. Once you have everything put together, head outside for the fun! Use the hose to soak the rain gutter, then let your boat set sail down the channel!
