Please use the PRC parking lot across the street from our building, you will use the crosswalk to reach us.
Handicap-accessible parking and entrance is available directly in front of the building.
Use the crosswalk (cautiously) to get to our building from the parking lot. Once you are safely across the street, follow the sidewalk to the main entrance. The Family Support Center has a stroller entrance during Parent Support & Toddler Time for an easier arrival. Both doors have a doorbell to let us know you have arrived.

VanGo has a stop to The Promise Resource Center.
From Charles County (intersection of 301 and 5 in Waldorf)
Go South on Route 5 towards St. Mary’s County. Proceed through Bryantown to Hughesville. Take a slight right onto Business Route 5. Go approximately 1 mile, then turn right onto Burnt Store Road. Parking is immediately to the left. Use the crosswalk to reach our building on the corner.
From Calvert County
Coming from the Prince Frederick area or north, take Route 231 (Hallowing Point Road) west towards Benedict. At the Hughesville light, continue straight through the two traffic circles. Proceed about 1/4 mile to the intersection. Yield and continue through. Parking is immediately to the left after the intersection. Use the crosswalk to reach our building on the corner.
From St. Mary’s County (intersection of Route 4 and Route 235)
From the intersection of Route 4 and Route 235, go North on 235 toward Hollywood & Mechanicsville. Proceed straight onto Route 5 North, continuing through Charlotte Hall. Make a slight left onto Business Route 5, continuing approximately 1/2 mile to the intersection. Make a left onto Burnt Store Road. Parking is immediately to the left. Use the crosswalk to reach our building on the corner.

Complaint Policy
All of the resource centers of the Maryland Child Care Resource Network strive to provide high-quality service to their constituencies. However, in the event that someone has concerns about an incident regarding some aspect of service at regional child care resource center or feels that he or she was mistreated by a staff member of a resource center, the caller can contact the resource center involved. If the person is not satisfied with the way the concern or complaint was handled by the regional resource center, he or she can contact the network manager at the Maryland Family Network at (410) 659-7701.
