Friday Fundays- School Readiness Workshops
You are invited to The Promise Resource Center’s NEW child-centered workshop series! Every Friday in August we will host school readiness workshops focused on children aged 2-5 years old who will be entering the school-age soon! Our first Friday Funday will be held on August 5th from 10AM-11AM. The cost is $5 per child over the age of 2. Children in attendance will complete make and take activities, receive books and other games, and enjoy a snack. Pete the Cat is our first workshop’s theme. Kids will decorate their very own white shoe, read Pete the Cat books and play games involving the wildly popular and beloved character, Pete. Children will also receive a free Rita’s Italian Ice coupon to use at the Italian Ice stand right down the street from PRC! Parents and providers in attendance will be entered to win a Dr. Seuss prize pack that includes decor, school supplies and more.
